Currently Wencor(now digecor) pays EDIG for the digEplayer.
However, they have hired a new technology partner to further their digEsystem efforts and possibly reengineer the digEplayer, apparently in a move to remove EDIG`s piece of the pie.
So far they have yet to deliver anything in IFE beyond the digEplayer and continue to order from EDIG.
To date the digEplayer leads all competitors in the portable IFE market with 23 customers utilizing the digEplayer.
At least, that is my take on things for a quick synopsis.
