Mike Kolesar, Vice President of Engineering
Mike came to TSE after helping to launch LeftHand Network, in Boulder, Colorado, as Vice President of Engineering, and preceding that with over 27-years with Hewlett-Packard. Mike is experienced at managing technologies at all levels in R&D using his substantial technical skills and a customer centered, synergistic, and motivating accountable management style. While at HP, Mike designed and co-managed the development of the World`s first 32-bit single chip CPU, significantly contributing to the advancement of computer technology. He also managed HP`s custom high-availability storage levels (disk RAID Array) laboratories. During this time, Mike also gained valuable experience working with government and defense related contracts, in addition to having worked at Johnsville Naval Air Development Center in Pennsylvania prior to joining Hewlett-Packard.
Mike holds a BS in Physics from Villanova University, and an MS in Nuclear Physics from Cornell University.
