Agreed, a buy-out at $5 is far-fetched. I was playing off someone else`s posts suggesting such. They were saying that a buy-out at .34 was a definite no-go, as no current shareholders, nor the company, would entertain such a price (no premium), and that it would have to be much higher, like $5.

IMO the PPS action has nothing to do with a buy-out scenario. More likely a customer or (in the know) institutional investor looking for profits downstream. And I don`t think Wencor would ever be interested in a buy-out of EDIG. That`s not their game. They are a logistics/resaler type business. Buying APS made sense for them, cutting out an unnecessary cog in the gear and enhancing their stance. Buying EDIG wouldn`t make as much sense for them.

I do contend, however, that IF a buy-out by someone were in the offing, it would make sense for them to buy up what shares they could on the cheap with no premium or reporting. So perhaps that is what`s going on. I just find that highly unlikely due to the size of our float (which, per past statements supposedly made by RP, was a benefit of the high float, to avoid a possible hostile take-over).
