I believe fred Falk exercised around a 500,000 share warrant at $5.31/ share back in August of 2000. Going entirely by memory but thats about right. I doubt if he`d be happy with much less. There are so many of us that have bought in along the way, during the run up and on the way down that the trading dynamics are`t like those of allot of companies. If the FLCR flatline is the result of a takeover bid then they`ve got a long way to go...They may not know that....yet.
