All Im saying is that is how bought stocks trade. They will move in tandem with the buyers stock if the offer is a share for share offer, but if it`s a cash offer the trades move very little.
What if Wenco figured out they bought the wrong company and made EDIG a $60mil buy out offer?
Right now the EDIG BOD is thinking it over and someone on Wall street is buying shares at .33 knowing the offer is at .34
I know it sounds far fetched, or does it?
