I asked RP for an explanation of the Dec 29, 200f filing as follows:

This deal was for an additional $500,000 and the royalty of up to $20.00 per MedeViewer unit sold for a period of 3 years.

I see no added shares being added, except the original note carried I believe a conversion to shares at a $.19 pps. The added $500,000 may have the same provision, I haven`t read the entire 8-K, dated November 8, 2005.
