IMO, there is no conflict between EDIG and Wencor over who owns the IP. Each knows, and always knew, who owns what.

After buying APS, Wencor wanted and attempted to gain control over EDIG`s IP by leveraging the digEsystem. EDIG, obviously did not accept, and Wencor decided it should create its own IP.

Why should there be any bitterness over these business decisions. Every company wants to own the IP in the products they sell.

Today`s decisions are what will make or break the company.
