By that I`m not implying a side stepping of WENCORS IP...

Their IP and e.Digital`s IP are different....and patented for completely different reasons.

e.Digital`s patented IP protects in it`s field of expertise....firmware

Wencors IP protects in it`s field of expertise....IFE

How strong it is remains to be seen...it`s not a formal patent yet...my last look it was just a published application.

Boyers applications are usless and dated...nothing more than an explanation of a single CC reader to handle all the transactions for the original DigEplayers...a description of the DigEplayer...along with the logistics in handling the players.

2/3rd`s of Wencors IP is dated...
