Not that it means much now but EDig put out the word in conversations with RP and in PR`s in the past that when the business relationship with APS commenced that ``EDIG OWNED EVERYTHING INSIDE THE DIGEPLAYER AND APS OWNED THE SHELL``. I am quite sure that many of you remember those facts and some may even be able to go back and re-print them for our edification.

To me that means that EDig has been in the ``cats bird seat`` in this entire relationship and that is the reason, the ONLY REASON, that BOW is using Triad to develop his own IP. That is pure logic.....else he would be using EDig`s IP right now.

EDig did everything right here, it did protect its butt from the start. As RP stated, ``We have learned from our past mistakes``. It was the arrogance of BOW in not doing his DD when purchasing APS....He is now paying for it...
