The Big Box buyers were all talking about how to capitalize on the video market at CES. I don`t even try to play in that world -- death by ruru. My guess is the Minneapolis crowd will have a say in the testing of biz models to sell video content. They have several tests underway.

They know the days of selling ``Season 3`` DVDs are numbered. Maybe kiosks, maybe selling limited time passwords for secure sites, maybe selling full subscriptions, maybe maybe maybe...they just don`t know yet.

One thing is certain, EDIG has many competitors if they try to play in the same sandbox as the big guys. Selling closed systems with content makes sense as the pond is smaller. The key is the darned ole word...Selling. Gotta happen. Maybe it already has, maybe not. Real info is months, not weeks, away, IMO.
