Patrick's new Nevada Company called Awen Labs, LLC,, Patrick Nunally is a Partner..and Mary Fales has filed new doc with the uspto as of yesterday...here is the background...these docs were filed yesterday.
the new filings by Mary Fales were not filed when I sent the other info out
I believe she has a conflict of interest.....she used to rep E.Digital and now is trying to rep Nunally who thinks he obtained a Default Judgment against e.Digital....and I believe it is invalid...she should not be representing Nunally.
Here is the patent....the microsignets.....that he has tried to assign to Awen Labs, LLC.

below is what i sent to above....who don't care..frankly I am embarrased that I was defrauded along with many others.
here is what I sent previously:
n California Superior Court San Diego North County division, Nunally sued e.Digital Delaware for an injunction, to rescind his agreements and obtain ownership and he has a monetary judgment against e.Digital.....interesting for someone who says he is trying to revive or "take over" the company.
The judgment is not for zero dollars quite the contrary I don't know why the docket says so....
the judgment is dated Dec 12th...an objection should be filed today if you are interested...although..
I think the default may be able to be voided...he filed suite BEFORE THE AUTOMATIC STAY WAS LIFTED by the bankruptcy court, and in fact the agent for service was served BEFORE the stay was lifted..this is not a legal opinion of any kind but I don't think a federal judge will be very happy about any of this..
Also, the judgment does not do anything about Bostenero, Falk, of Dustin Mitchell Cameron's assignments of their part of the paTENTS TO e.Digital Delaware....so in my super lowly opinion, not really helpful to Nunally.
Case is.....
37-2017-00037854-CU-IP-NC
Superior Court of California, San Diego, North County
Patrick Nunally v e.Digital Corporation (Delaware)
It is also interesting that in the complaint he said the corp was making product with the patents and he obtained an injunction.
not opinon...legal or otherwise...just wanted you to know.
.....btw, Nunally also filed his default judgment with the uspto to try to get ownership back on patents............
Sorry for all and note....just opinion and not facts or legal opinion...
