I don't play the market. I am a small investor who has acquired a significant number of shares in Edig & a few shares in 4 other companies. About all I know about the SEC is that they regulate publicly held companies, or at least that's what I thought. After all, somebody put Martha Stewart in slam for insider trading, & I thought SEC had something to do with that. If I'm missing something please educate me. I inferred from your comment that I asked a stupid question. I apologize if I've wasted anyones time.
