Not filing the fiscal year end report by the end of June (form 10K) for starters, which obviously was on purpose.

Some are making more of that particular part than needed imo....when a company like us trading on the OTCQB stops filing 10K and 10Q forms, they move to the pinks....non reporting.

Some are saying trading halt etc....obviously a nope.

WBSI and BLTA right here on this board are trading in the pinks for the same reason.

BLTA is about to file amended and updated financials, which will lift the pink status.

I mention these not to promote them, just examples.
