Fred, whoever those investors were that you attracted ...we'd be glad to take them off your hands. 

Perhaps they've already taken positions in common stock and sucked in some of the float, they'll have a better position than you were offering if they eventually surface for preferred stock .

 We still have a problem blocking us and the patents ...it's called AIA.

Our bet will have to be that AIA goes away in a year or two... if it does we have milestones set in the Federal Courts.

The company needs to go private in some fashion for the wait out period.... if it even happens,... because companies like Google and Apple Etc are not going to let AIA go away unless it benefits them. They, in effect, have a license to steal for all of 360 degrees.

It's why Fred threw in the towel.

Fred we understood this problem... you should have confided us.
