Question:  I believe it was posted but I forget.  How much insurance did they pay for? Is the amount a total amount for the five board members or per member?  Pravda is right, the attorneys are almost always the big winners here. EG., IF the stockholders were to come away with say $10 million after paying the lawyers, that would equal 3.4 cents per share.  We shall see.
