This is a re post, but very timely following Doni's latest post.  Back in April or so I emailed Fred and referenced Plankton's(makes one wonder) post that showed up on the board regarding the settlement and license agreement with Google that was up briefly on the site and then quickly taken down.  Sometimes he would not respond to emails.  Sometimes he would in a day or two.  On this particular occasion he responded with an email in less than one hour saying, paraphrase:  I know nothing of what might or might not have been posted on the USPTO website and I know nothing of a PUBLIC announcement regarding a license or settlement agreement with Google.  Doni, I too saw something coming but not a CH. 7 filing.  I thought Fred was getting ready to sell the assets of the company and get whatever he could and walk away in the sunset.  Not for one minute did I believe he was smart enough to start a new company while preparing to BK Edig.  The addition and timing of the "new" board members is thought provoking.  At this point I consider the money gone, but hope that justice will prevail.  Not real confident that "under oath" will hold much water.
