You can bet your last dollar this was orchestrated with the Google settlement.

I say Google did not want to subject the patents to the IPR process either. ... they did not want to throw away that portfolio.

Through Fred's new entity,  if they manage to get the patents on the courthouse steps, will then sell the patents to Google .

PN,s 10 k ain't going to do it..... he will be outbid at every price point.

Unless he's standing there as the only bidder.... which would simply mean he's involved with Fred's new entity.
