It is absurd that the CEO would not declare any value to the patents held by the company. I am aware of companies that have had inferior portfolios (IMO) that have realized valuations and monies that I was stunned by.

There is something very wrong with this picture. I am hopeful that the company can be reconstituted and run by a competant management team. I sense that Dr Nunally is an honorable man and I am certain that it would be possible to leaverage the IP for funding to realize security products that the market is in sore need of with a solid management team. 

Like many (all?) of you, I have written my letters and am encoraged by what we have seen. I have even had the good luck of bolstering my holdings yesterday in hopes of better things to come. I hope today's gain in value will be followed by more in the future. Especially when what was clearly nothing more than dead wood is gone.

I am, needless to say, very dissapointed in the two directors whom I am assuming agreed to the Chapetr 7 attempt. 

i hope someday the truth of this matter will be know (Yes, including Google)
