Write the Trustees and the Judge and tell them !!!

NDA is not a valid excuse in my opinion, not with the BK filing.

If the deal fell thru why did it fall thru? If it was for a very small amount, why was that the case???

Were there somekind of agreements that did not involve direct monies?

So many questions demand answers.

Tell the judge and Trustees in a letter.
