A status conference was held on March 20, 2015, on the 10:30 a.m. calendar.
Anton Handal and Pamela Chalk appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Randall Kay appeared
on behalf of Defendant SanDisk Corporation, David McGowan appeared on behalf of
Defendant Woodman Labs, Inc. dba GoPro, and James Pak appeared on behalf of
Defendants Pantech Wireless, Inc. and Pantech Co., Ltd. No later than March 27, 2015,
Plaintiff shall file and serve a second amended complaint, if any, in cases no. 12cv2698
and 12cv2899. The parties in both cases shall meet and confer promptly after filing of
the second amended complaint with a view to arriving at a proposed omnibus case
management schedule in light of the second amended complaint. No

later than 14 calendar days after the filing of the second amended complaint, the parties
in both cases shall jointly file a proposed omnibus case management schedule.
