So if the Delaware judge approves the trustee request for dismissal doesn't that really mean the bankruptcy is over?

  • Delaware is the shareholders
  • Delaware owns the patents

So really isn't that the company for OUR purposes at least?

California was a wholly owned subsidiary, it leased the space, paid the phone bill, paid the emplyees etc.  Now that may be dismissed like SMAN says and that would be great.  Not to mention when all the information comes out from the shadows it should be easier to dismiss, it seems it would also open up previous employees to the judicial system as the Delaware trustee mentioned in his brief.  

It feels like after the Delaware judge rules we could be significantly less FALKED.....

 

Is this the case the trustee referenced? Sounds like us lol
