Thanks as always for the constant informative info that springs from you.
This particular article was very interesting as a whole. One comment that I would like to relay to you,
Frank (sunpoop) & a few others from the meeting is this line:
"... The Chapter 7 Trustee has several duties, which include, among other things: 1.) preserving the value of the estate and maximizing the amount of money given to unsecured creditors; ..."
The 2 Trustees should be the ones to preserve the SYNAP patent (from ruin) which is ready for issue after the dues are paid. I am not suggesting where the funds should come from, and only suggesting that the Trustees need to be aware of this quickly. TIA.
