E.Digital no longer has a chief financial officer. Mardee resigned. She is no longer associated with the company. What is left of e.Digital, is in a file, in the office, of a court appointed trustee. He is the president, financial officer, and the Board of Directors, pending court action.

Fred no longer exists, Allen no longer exists, and the shares, no longer exist. 

An attempt will be made to pay the bills. If they are not paid, those are loses.

i wonder a couple points; 1) How does e.Digital California owe e.Digital Delaware? 2) How many patents might e.Digital NOT paid the Patent Office for? All those children could be floating around out there.
