We all know thru the years, trials and tribulations, that EDig's patents are valuable, needed in today's technilogical world and are as advertised. In other words they work....The trustee went down that route with FF asking him many questions from many different angles about the patents. "Were they sold prior to bankruptcy"? Were they assigned to anyone?....etc....many questions to determine where the patents were and why they were there. It turns out the patents are still with EDig, sitting in a desk somewhere. The trustee also asked was any effort to get any type of return on these patents and FF replied he had tried to get interest in partners, selling or licsensing them etc.....The trustee asked if he had any interest shown was doing that and FF replied, "none that would put up any funds" The trustee asked FF how he went about doing that and FF said he would send the patent information to a company he felt would have interest....In other words a cold call, or mail solicitation...No face to face was mentioned, no visits to entities that were in the field and have need for EDig's products. Nothing.

It is becoming abundantly clear that EDig failed not because of what is was but because who was in charge leading it. Mr. Falk has personally taken this company down the "shitter" He has done nothing over the years to promote ideas that have relavince and value in the market place. In fact we learned yesterday that he squashed many products, positive changes in products, upgrades to products and delayed the completion of products due to the inability to make up his mind. He would not take legal action to the finish, meaning a court trial that would have solidified EDig's validity and its technology, instead only interest in "settling" to get the nuisance bucks to keep his salary going and the doors open

If anyone would/could care it would be interesting to see if he lands with any group that has any connection with those patents that I am sure will be purchased out of bankruptcy. I know I won't...Frank
