Amazing research, Sman. You're always great, but you really outdid even yourself this time. I'm especially struck by this passage, which you highlighted:

A word of caution: Speed is of the essence, and these assets must be quickly and efficiently identified and packaged. It is important that key pieces of intellectual property not be skimmed off by secured lenders or others. The process cries out for the use of professionals experienced at the assembly, valuation and disposal of intellectual property. An IP professional will also work to speed the process and to ensure that all assets are identified and value-maximized.

We need to get and stay focussed on these patents throughout the entire process, in the Creditors' Meeting and in our letters to the trustee. No skimming of the patents or under-valueing of them! We have been following the approval and litigation of these patents for a long time and know EDIG has some very valuable IP here. As shareholders, we deserve our fair share of the proceeds when those assets are valued and liquidated.
