In ATIS case, they filed a chapter 11. The shareholders had no rep.I was paid on all shares that I owned. There were folks coming in and loading up after bk announced and they are the ones that made big bucks. There are investors just looking for bk stocks and hoping to get more in the sell off than the pennies they pay for the shares. I have been thrown  into this mess and have purchased 800k more shares since bk announced. This is all a gamble, but I was gambling for 25 years on edig.
