Gotta wonder, though, if the patents truly are worth nothing, as EDIG is claiming or if a more competent management with a different approach would have done better.

Seems like the patents should be put up for sale, or at least have some sort of independent third party appraisal. Then if they are worth  $0.00, okay. If not, sell them.
