in anticipation of the ch. 7 bankruptcy filing wouldn't there be a record of it in the USPTO office? Someone has all the patent numbers.  Is there a way to track those numbers down to see who is listed as the current owner?  And if it were done in close proximity of the BK filing, wouldn't it be fairly easy to prove the intent?  For those that do not know Fred Falk and Woody Norris are related by family.  Woody was the original brains behind Norris Communications which became Edig and that is primarily why we have had fearless Fred as our CEO for all this time.  Because the last couple years of filings have had the boiler plate "may not be able to continue as a going concern" language the thieves may be covered legally, who knows.
