I saw you and some others posting about possible investigation by the SEC or other law enforcement sources. We went through this on the PTSC board some time ago, and I learned that a good place to start is the San Diego Sheriff's Office. Although they do some "white collar" stuff, they won't do the complete investigation themselves, but they have great connections to get you started and refer you to the right places.

At the time I was checking, there was a very nice fellow there by the name of Mark Varnau who was assigned to the "white collar" section. I have his phone number as being 619-531-4349, email mark.varnau@sdsheriff.org. However, the email could be ".net". Also, this info is several years old, but I did a quick Google this evening and it seems Varnau still there. If not, someone will have taken his place.
