A few days ago I posted some questions, and while I haven't answered them all yet, I have become more and more convinced that the unexpected Chapter 7 filing wasn't a sudden act of desperation, but a carefully calculated strategic move, a sort of corporate reboot to erase the past and make a fresh start with a new approach and plenty of liquidity. At this point, it's all in the hands of the court and especially the trustee. We have no guarantee of how this will be resolved, but unlike last week I'm cautiously optimistic.
