what was the content  of this agreement ? why it said license agreement ?

2. As Lamfrendly posted several times , why this promising  industrial design announced in Press release close to year ago and nothing accomplished and never talked about it since then !

"The Company recently completed the industrial design phase of the project and continues to focus on firmware and software development."

3. Why they decided for a nuclear  option like chapter 7 , instead of chapter 11  as we know,

we long time share holder are in complete dark situation . We dont know why at least last 6 PR shows such a promising looking forward good news statements ? . Recently  i talked with several shareholder re current shocking outcome of the company, their comments are extremely disheartening and sad. Some of investor invested in this company from their retirement  fund , other invested for their child future college tuition fund ,and many others invested to get benefited from potential of patents in Internet of things and get rewarded. We shareholder wants to know what really happened , and why such a sudden drastic decision !

My only wish and may be majority of shareholder is hopefully  the judge of Bankruptcy Court Dismisses Chapter 7 Case After Making Finding of Bad Faith.
