I am a Bankruptcy attorney, individual filers.  Like I said earlier greenspoon marder has a large bankruptcy department. I am too busy working to look at the pacer filing, but really the patents were not listed? 

As to ch 7 Bankruptcy.  If Fred did not have the $ in the account to pay the rent and bills why did not they try a Chapter 11? The asstes have no value?  Why did these people decide to allow a Bankruptcy Court Trustee now manage the EDIG patent portfolio.  I guess the portfolio has no value, anyhow i need to go back towork, didnt sell whats the point at .001 or whatever it ended up at?  Still cant believe this B.S. and that no one could make this company into anything other then a 0.
