It has been a pleasure. Many of you worked diligently to keep us all iinformed and I remain appreciative of your efforts. 

Had hoped to have the chance to meet all of you one afternoon at Torrey Pines. 

Edig's investors deserved better. Like most of us, I should have pulled the plug a long time ago however, there was something about this situation I couldn't walk away from. 

New Directors, quarterly releases discussing licensing deals, continued investments ( substantial) in building IP portfolios and then abruptly a chapter 7 filing.

Where's the mandatory " no guarantee of maintaining as an ongoing concern" statement?

IMO, we endured a lot of intended head fakes. Feeling very foolish this morning.
