If believe we were intentionally mislead.  Read the last few prs, the water sensor product? was this made up?, etc.  Regardless of Chapter 7- we were robbed - mislead for sure with 2 seasoned directors added-thievery imho.  Something smells awful- it is not like we just ran out of money imho- other avenues besides Chapter 7 could have happened.  If Fred didn't want to deal with managing then he should have resigned and the Board appoint a new CEO.  This is a huge slap in the face and Investors lost Big $$ here.
