Thats not an edig specific warning......more of a delinquent reporting warning.  Tried a bunch of other pink sheet symbols and found various levels of warnings.  Try COBI and you will get the same warning.  

While its always darkest before dawn, it just seems crazy to think we are staring at the bottom of the drain when following is going on:

We just settled our last filed lawsuit

Have 10 filed patents that are supposed to be integral to the IOT

Managed to get Google to drop the IPR and settle, taking a license

Our lead attorney just got scooped up by a larger firm

We recently added two board seats of people that specialize in growth and aquisition

We "appear" to have the inventor of our tech ready to shout from the rooftops about all the exciting things gonig on with his inventions and based on the timing and other tidbits it appears he was referring to our tech.  Jury is out of course as we languish at .023.

But now we have a company not filing on time, asking for an extention, or responding to shareholders.........yuck

Well writing a book about this 20 year saga wasn't how I thought I would make money but I guess we'll have to see where this story plays out.....................I don't hear the fat lady just yet.........but unfortunatly it appears the band is warming up..........
