With lack of a financial statement this go around, leads me to believe its not needed. Meaning Edig's solutions are being absorb, plan for SH Value being worked through, and potentially insider buying illegal as this would now be viewed as insider trading with such a huge impact. Thus open market purchase maybe off the table and only hope for big payday is negotiating now internally for their piece of the financial pie.  

Just thoughts.

This could be the best thing for long term shareholders.  Think it through first.
