Very interesting.  Lest we forget Mary Fales parted ways with Edig a couple weeks ago and checked the box for reasons why that she could no longer deal with things the company was doing and considered them repugnant.  Stiffing the stock holders is repugnant as far as I'm concerned.  Also very interesting--"I focused on a plan that focuses on a return(return what?) to the SHs(plan?) but leaves some of the management out in the cold.  I'm now the enemy."  Certainly not Fred, possibly the other directors and board members?  Who else is left?  Someone should write a book.
