Everyone is on edge, understandable, me too, I just try not to vent.

A few of us have been having offline chats for weeks, pending this 10-K hitting the streets.

Now with the delay, seems to be a good reason for it imo.

Fred is not known for sandbagging good or bad news.  He has said it at shms, during personal visits when he allowed them, when it's time to put out a report, pr, filing of any kind, we just do it. 

All in can think of, along with some others, he needs the time to add anything at All that is ready for public consumption in this year end report.
