True--the report was due yesterday--the extension request is due today--they could file both the extension request and the 10Q today after the close and get the "benefit" of filing late Friday of a long holiday weekend.  Or there is a legitimate reason for the delay in which case they are buying an extra two weeks.  Fifteen calendar days including yesterday would be July 13th, a Thursday, OMG this could be yuge, IMO.
