you got me, except what?  Hard to imagine that 90 calendar days is not enough to get the numbers finalized and that two more weeks will do the trick.  Three or maybe several arrangements were mentioned in Feb., how long can it take?  We must have enough money to pay the accountants, right?  Impossible to tell what this means.
