Yes my order push it there from . 0288

I let an order sit on the bid .0285  and it would not fill.

With that , I reset the order to the ask .0288. When I submitted the order I got a partial one third fill @.0288... upon entering that order and getting the partial fill... the bid immediately then went to .0295.... where it closed.
