FWIW--I have tried several times to copy and paste the link to the browser and nothing comes up--could be just me.  Also, I asked Fred in an email a while back regarding the information regarding the IPR cancellation and the purported license and settlement agreement with Google and he responded to me that he knew of "no such PUBLIC announcement".  I guess liar, liar, pants on fire is the slogan of the day--LOL.
