Mr. Allen Cocumelli has been Secretary and General Counsel of SimpleNet, Inc. since 2004. Prior to joining Yahoo! Inc., Mr. Cocumelli served as General Counsel of Simplenet Network Communications Inc. since 1996 and its Chief Operating Officer from November 1997 to 1999. He served in the private practice of law. From 1978 to 1986, he served as a Manager in the Components Manufacturing Group and as Director of Corporate Training and Development at Intel. He has been the Chairman of e.Digital Corporation. since October 2008 and has been its Director since August 25, 1999. He served as the Chairman of e.Digital Corp. from April 2000 to November 2002. He served as Director of Website Services at Yahoo! Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Cocumelli is a Member of the California Bar Association. Mr. Cocumelli obtained B.S. degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1972 and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson University in 1991.
