While those of us that regularly attend CES will be there, I do not expect any huge announcements from EDIG during the show. EDIG`s new biz model of selling closed end systems does not lend itself to retail buyers.

However, the comments that EDIG will have a presence to seek and be informed of new tech is valid.

I`m not sure where it is coming from, but the retail side seems Ok with their Christmas sales results. All the major players claim success and were particularly easy to set appointments this time around. If buyers are not in trouble, that`s a good sign for the economy and all that consumption that needs to take place.
