A while back I emailed Fred inquiring about the post we saw on the USPTO site in conjunction with the the cancellation of the Google IPR back last July.  He responded in less than an hour with: I no nothing of what may or may not have been on the USPTO site and I know nothing of a public statement regarding a settlement and licensing agreement with Google.  Did my email strike a nerve?  No announcement from the company, no money on the balance sheet.  Beta test this, beta test that--attempting to see what Nunchi really can do and thereby establishing its value?  Could be huge, could be a pipe dream.  IMO, the inflection point is not too far off--inflection points go in both directions.
