FWIW--over the past several years I have emailed Fred, he had responded to many but not all.  I sent him one about a month ago that began, "if you can discuss this"--I asked hypothetically if the company were to be sold would the stock options granted to the two newest board members accelerate and become fully vested at the time of sale?  Didn't get a response.  Make of it what you will.
