IF in fact Google did sign a settlement and license agreement last July, possibly our tech is part of the beta test.  Maybe we are not listed as an official partner and have not yet received any money because Google needs to see Nunchi used in a real life situation before being able to more accurately value the tech?  Early on there were comments by prospective parties, "can it do X, can it do Y"? and our answer was yes.  Possibly this is the acid test.  Stealing someone's tech is one thing, signing a license agreement and then using it without paying is an entirely different thing.  Maybe a valuing mechanism such as this is part of the license agreemet, we have no way of knowing.
