Your comment reminded me of Jobs' open comment for the record "Good artists copy, great artists steal" I suppose if one is predisposed to steal it's a matter of "go big or go home"... Certainly the lawyers for all parties relish IP theft as a lucrative and seemingly never ending source of revenue. (sigh)
