For me the "coincidence" is not so much that Tony F. left about one month before the IPR proceedings were terminated and there was supposedly a secret settlement, more so that when Tony F. was at Apple he discovered Edig's tech regarding the music player, stole it and incorporated into the iPod and then later knew where to go back to steal more valuable tech from a company that did not have the means to defend themselves from his prior thievery so why not try it again?
