I'm not sure of this, but I think the agreement with Handal included a 40% fee from settlements and on-going payments. I don't remember a time limit so my assumption is Handle will collect accordingly on all suits (including the fabulous Google settlement (which we know nothing about) (from which we may already be collecting)....ad infinitum 

Can some one confirm this?
